Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for deciding to order written content through Globex Writing Services. Please read our refund policy carefully. This is the official Return and Refund Policy for Globex Writing Services and applies to all content created and ordered by you, the client, and created by Globex Writing Services on your behalf.

Digital Products

Globex Writing Services provides tailored and customized content for each client that we work with. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for digital products. Our refund policy applies once the order is confirmed as approved and the final product has been sent to the client. Deposits on requested work are non-refundable. Please adhere to our terms and policies page for revision requests. Details are also noted below.

Fees and Deposits

A deposit in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total fee payable under our quote is due before we will proceed with services. The balance of the contract will be due upon the completion of the work to your satisfaction. This is subject to the terms of “approval of work” and “rejected work” clauses located herein. Globex Writing Services reserves the right not to proceed with work until the deposit has been paid in full.

Note that the deposit made to Globex Writing Services to begin development of your written project is non-refundable. This will remain true unless we have not fulfilled our obligation under the terms of the agreement. Should you terminate the contract through no fault of ours after the commencement of the work, you will not be entitled to any refund of the deposit.

Revisions to Your Work

You are, of course, welcome to revise your writing project(s) during the development phase. However, Globex Writing Services reserves the right to limit the number of changes to a reasonable number, as well as reserving the right to charge for additional revision requests. This is only in the case when revisions, additions and changes requested go above and beyond the original design specifications.

Approval of Your Work

In addition to making revisions during the development phases of the project, you will have the opportunity to review the project upon its completion. You will have (7) days to notify us of any changes that you require. After this time has expired, the work provided will be deemed to have been approved. Once approved (whether explicitly or implicitly) the work cannot subsequently be rejected. At this point, the project will be considered completed, and the balance of payment will become due.
